The design of the Ultra T Equipment Company (UtE) Model ILR400 In-line D.I. Water Reionizer System is based on the latest technological developments in its field. It features straight forward and user friendly controls that allow versatility in application of the pure water process. The Model ILR400 reionizer is made up of several components that meter fluids in the system. The system consists of a white polypropylene cabinet with two compression connections for the fluid input and output and a 1/4" compression drain line. Two compression bulkhead fittings are provided for the carbon dioxide and nitrogen.

The system includes three adjustable pressure regulators and gauges for water, nitrogen and carbon dioxide. The carbon dioxide passes from the regulator to a two way 24vdc valve and then to a one way check valve to insure no back flow of water. The water passes through a one way check valve, a regulator-gauge and a shutoff valve. The water then flows through an injector, where the carbon dioxide and water are mixed. It then passes through a bubble trap to insure that all traces of undissolved carbon dioxide gas are removed from the reionized water. The nitrogen gas is used to activate several solenoids and as a line purge when the system is idle for extended periods.

The ILR500S an ideal solution for the problem of electrostatic discharge caused by the use of De-Ionized Water (DI-H20). The ILR500S is a mixing system that provides the capability of combining a Surfactant or other compatible chemistries with DI-H20 In-Line in adjustable ratios; with resistivity of the combined liquids measured to determine that the solution is at a resistivity low enough to be free of electrostatic generation and to determine that mixing is taking place. Additionally, when used with semi-conductor dicing saws, the ILR500S provides a Water/Surfactant cooling/flushing solution that will put sawing debris in colloidal suspension for later cleaning. The system also allows for the capability to vary the Ph of the reionized solution by selecting surfactant or chemistry.

The ILR500S can be hooked up to high-pressure pumps with the addition of an optional reservoir that eliminates pump surge from reciprocal pumps. The system features safe guards that assure that the mixed solution is at the correct level utilizing a Go-No-Go resistivity meter; surfactant reservoir level sensing; and a bypass to drain with a timer for water not at proper resistivity. The SHD-007 is an ideal solution for the problem of electrostatic discharge caused by the use of DI water. The system is equipped with a special membrane that mixes the CO2 gas into the water flow, thus controlling the DI water resistivity. The design of the SHD-007 Reionizer System using the injection of carbonated water from a mixing tank into the high-pressure pump to eliminates the corona in the jet stream and prevents slow deterioration of the work-piece. It features straight forward and user friendly controls that allow versatility in application of the pure water process.

Ultra t Equipment offers several surfactant mixing stations to help provide an accurate mixture of DI water to surfactant. Depending on the mixture ratio required the system using a special metering pump to inject surfactant in the DI line. The unit also has a meter to help monitor the mixture ratio output of the system with built-in alarms to help notify the user when the surfactant or mixture ration is running low.
